My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. My room was infested with roaches, so I had no option but to sleep in my car to avoid taking them home with me. The unknown bites were a scary experience, and to make matters worse, the door wouldn't even close properly. There was a strong and unpleasant smell that just added to the discomfort. My reservation got canceled despite assurances from both the booking service and the hotel staff that there would be no issue with my check-in on the specified date.
